Sometimes it is easy to be complaisant. Or another saying I have heard is "If it ain't broken, don't fix it." Both of these have had an important meaning to me lately. It is easy to take for granted the things we do from day to day as we are doing just the same way. First of all, it is a lot easier than being constantly creative and trying to keep up with and ahead of what the other guy is doing. Eventually that will catch up with you, and when it does, then it is time to decide to either quit or get back in there and get those creative juices going. Over the past 30 some years, I personally have had to do this a time or two. Now it is time to be creative again.
